You can return or exchange any item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.
Faulty items: If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us within 30 working days of receipt of the order. Once the faulty item is received back, you will be offered a new product or full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be made to your credit card or PayPal account.
Change of mind: If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been received in good order, and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. You must inform us within 30 working days and products must be returned undamaged, unused in saleable condition.
All items being returned must not be affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part.

You will have to contact us and we will advice you about the possible cost for repair and the procedure we have to take.
